What You’ll Do
- Create confidence for every client by delivering exceptional men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services.
- Build lasting relationships through personalized consultations and an outstanding guest experience that keeps clients coming back.
- Grow your book of business by earning repeat clients, referrals, and five-star reviews.
- Work in a busy, high-energy shop where you'll stay sharp, refine your skills, and serve a steady flow of guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized station while helping create a positive, team-first culture where everyone succeeds together.
What We’re Looking For
- A current South Carolina Barber or Cosmetology License.
- Confidence in modern men's haircutting, skin fades, clipper work, beard detailing, and finishing techniques.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable client experiences.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while staying organized and on schedule.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet client demand.
