- We are in the Top 10% in the industry with our Pay Package Options.
- Average transaction per Client $42+.

Staff Average Pay is from $30 to $55+ per hour with tenure. *Salary, Bonus & Credit Tips. Cash tips not included.

Exceptional Tip Potential & Clientele. Average Tip $12.32

Best in Market Production Bonus. Staff Average $520 per week.

Role Requirements
- Valid State of Arizona Cosmetologist or Barber License
- Provide exceptional client grooming experience to build your clientele
- Promote grooming products and hair care options
- Collaborate innovation and continuous improvement ideas.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience as a cosmetologist or barber
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Positive, adaptable and creative
